The process
The process always begins with a conversation. Whether for a whole house or for a single item, this appointment will usually take place in our showroom in Parsons Green, although alternative arrangements can be made by telephone or video call if this is not convenient. Key to the first conversation with your designer is understanding you, your needs and how best we can help you with your interior design
Following the first discussion, a visit to your home may be arranged to measure and to further define the scope of work required. For individual items, sampling may be required at this stage to select fabrics and finishes to enable accurate estimates. For larger projects that need a more comprehensive design approach, we will produce a clear scope of work detailing our fees, timelines and stage-by-stage approach.
Upon acceptance of our proposal, further site visits, design schemes and sourcing can begin. Depending on the project size and nature, we may produce floor plans, furniture layouts, colour schemes and drawings of bespoke items and window treatments. Estimates for individual items will then be produced for approval and production
Your project will be overseen and quality controlled to completion by your designer, who will then arrange installation. We will supervise fitting of all items, where necessary, coordinating with third parties to ensure a stress-free opportunity to enjoy the best and final part of the design process.
